need lawyer for interference for my job seek

I am a software engineer. I am looking for a job, but I got interference from my previous company. I post a few times and haven't got the help.

Recently I got an onsite interview on May 17, 2012 from company H. The recuriter told me that I have to wait until May 29. On May 28, I checked with the recuriter and she told me that the interview was good and there is no negative feedback. It is waiting for the approval from the director. But on May 29 morning, she told me that I would not get the job "for some reason".

At the begining, I doubt that there is real such a job. The recuriter called me about the job on May 13 that is Sunday. There is no such a job when I checked the web site of the company. The recuriter explained that she was directly working with the hiring manager and the job was not posted on the web site.

From my previous experience, it was a faked job interview from my previous company B. Another possible explanation is that there is a league behind and company H needs approval from my previous company B to hire me. Either way, is that legal?
