公寓Security Deposit

請教關於公寓Security Deposit的問題。

本人一年前搬入公寓的時候該公寓沒有打掃。Management 退我$100作為補償。但當時疏忽沒有讓Management 出具文字證明。一年後Management 以地毯過舊為由不退Deposit且charge 本人$150。當時負責此事的經理也已經離開。請問有何良策討回Deposit? 多謝多謝。如果不理它，後果會如何?
