To answer 2: The landlord has agreed to reimburse some of my property but rejected to pay our medical bills because the docotrs didn't write down clearly that our breathing and skin disease was caused by mold. Do I still need my neighbors as witnesses?
To answer 3: The landlord has rented my garage to another family for two months, during which some of my properties stored in garage has disappeared. Meanwhile, there are a lot of other problems like electricity leaking, broken glass door, shower door out of track, broken gate, leaking shower room wall, numerous ants holes in the wall, and so on and on. Do you think all these problems are not enough to make me terminate the lease?
