My question is what I should do next so she can stay with me in US permanently. Because of her, I applied for the naturalization, it's pending.

-The child needs to live together with you for at least two years and then, you can sponsor him/her green card. By the way, the child's unlawful presence does not affect him/her future green card application if you become a US citizen and sponsor the child' GC application. So, the child just stays in US with you.
