向大家請教一個問題：

從合法的角度，一個家庭可不可以有2份 Medical, Dental and Eye Care Insurance？也就是說，LD現在有一個全家的保險(Medical, Dental and Eye Care Plan)，我想在我現在的公司也開一個Medical, Dental and Eye Care Plan，目的是想建一個HSA帳戶。（LD公司用的保險公司與我們公司用的保險公司是不同的保險公司）。

問題是：這樣做違不違法（人在加洲）？
