關鍵是你原來的租約是如何簽的.通常都會是到期後自動轉為按月租.如果是這種情況, 你不必理會房東兩月一租的變化.

有一點要小心, 如果你原來的租約沒有自動轉月的條文, 往往意味著原租約自動續簽.
