親人而不報警從而默認I-864，我可不可說因為聯合稅單有我的名字而我不同意I-864，從而讓I-864無效？
-Because your spouse did not sign the I-864, it is invalid automatically. If you 報警, your relative will have big trouble and the beneficial of the I-130 will never get the green card anymore and will also be deported or banned to enter US. In my opinion, you may just let the thing go and if the immigrant will not actaully ask you to pay him/her financial support after he/she gets the green card and livies in US , then you lose nothing, right? After the immigant/green card holder gets the US citizenship, the sponsor has no any financial responsibilities anymore.
