請教small court 的問題

 

本人自從2009年投入股市以來，每年都是大流血損失。不想今天收到IRS的來信說我2009賺了$66000，要我補交$30000的稅。看後氣得全身發抖。趕緊打開我的Scottrade Account來看，看後差點心髒病發作！在Scottrade 的Loss/Gain上，宣示的結果是我2009賺了$20000多。等氣緩過來後，我一筆筆的算後，結果是我不但不賺，反而是賠了上萬。Scottrade 作為一個有聲譽的大公司，其應向IRS和客戶提供正確的數計及信息。可事實卻不是這樣。我想file a small court law suit against Scottrade.請問我能 Make a case嗎。謝謝！
