今天實在被氣死，發帖大家替我出主意

去年冬天，我家挑了一家鏟雪公司替我們打掃車道和side walk. 因為價錢便宜，我還推薦給我旁邊的鄰居。事先付了189塊，合同上說他們會提供up to 10 services. 整整一個冬天，鏟雪公司一共來了8次。有2次，雪很大。鏟雪公司遲到了整整兩天才到。冬天結束，鏟雪公司又寄來了賬單，要我們再交60塊，原因是去年原因雪很大，每次服務按照1到3次計算。公司的invoice says

'if we were later than eight hours, no charge is assessed unless the NWS issued a winter advisory in which case a single service call is assess'.

我打電話，又發了信，告訴他們即使按照他們的rule, 我也隻需要在交1 additional service. 接電話的人很粗魯，直接告訴我不用解釋什麽，交錢就可以了。如果不交錢，鏟雪公司就要找律師告我。三個月以後，我收到一封所謂的律師來信。聲稱我如果在不交錢，公司要和我上法庭，而且我要負擔所有法律費用。我google 了一下這家公司，發現它原來是慣犯。經常少提供服務，向顧客要錢。它在BBB已有20多狀complain. 我現在想問問大家，有多大可能性公司要和我上法庭。合同上有：

Customer is responsible for any and all collection costs and legal fees incurred by contractor regarding the service agreement. 那麽，即使是公司耍賴，我們go to the small claim court, 我也要負責律師費嗎？
