加洲紅燈右轉罰單谘詢

本人十五年駕駛記錄清白,  從未有過任何違規.  但由於十天前在黃燈變紅燈的一瞬間右轉時被拍了照(路口沒有標明"不可紅燈右轉"),  今收到了罰單.  因是第一次得到罰單,  沒有經驗, 想谘詢幾個問題:

1.       從罰單上我沒有找到罰金的數額, 這種情況是不是必須要出庭?

2.       出庭的程序是怎樣的? 大概要交多少費用?

3.       這種罰單在加洲大概罰金是多少?

4.       是否可以因為十幾年的優良駕駛記錄而減少罰金?
