我一天內接到六張超速的罰單，全是speed Camera拍攝的。我是不是應該上庭打官司？

我收到了六張五月份不是同一日期speed camera拍攝的超速罰單，每張四十元，一共二百四十元。

我今天看了電視，好像是說很多地方政府裝置的camera 是違法的，大家有權利不繳罰款，因為沒有證人，我想問問像我這種情況可不可以不繳，或者上庭打官司是不是可以打贏？
