What does the divorce decree say about summer?

7 weeks with you and 7 weeks with Dad?  You probably don't have visitation rights during the 7 weeks with Dad, if not specified in the decree.

Since you are relocating, it is probably a good time to revise the custody schedule.  You may want to include that in the revision.
