Read ifs and exceptions of the cited charge

As I said before, depending on which state, truning without signaling is allowed in some cases, and also possibly blocking the rear window is not a violation if your side mirrors let you see the back. You have to read those IFs and EXCEPTIONs. Telling the judge you are tired or you thought it was safe not to signaling only makes things worse, at least in my town.
