speeding ticket 問題

NEW JERSEY居民,周末吃了一張"SPEEDING TICKET",超了13 mph (在時速25mph的地段). 聽說可以有辦法隻交罰款,但不在駕駛記錄上記點,以免增加AUTO INSURACNE的PREMIUM. 有人知道具體是怎麽辦的嗎? 謝了.
