準確的說，你搬來是啥水平，走時要打掃啥水平，打掃不幹淨的小留還懂得提前一兩天花錢雇專業人士打掃一說，然後才交房。

你覺得他31日晚還沒打掃應該嗎，你在美國也是最後一刻交你的拉圾房嗎，如打掃得幹幹淨淨，他能發現房東給打掃幹淨了嗎，這算不算惡意違反租房條例。

我這最後一個月允許房東帶租客可房，也允許房東，，，，，進來。
