急請高人指點

我是H4簽證，我來美已經三年了，現在正排期等候轉換身份，而我媽媽有重病，我想回去看望她，要是等到移民局批下來的話，我肯定看不到媽媽的最後一麵，我不想留下終身遺憾，但又不知道從何渠道可以回去，順利回來。有誰能幫忙，不勝感激！！
