Texas離婚求教

 

我住在德州達拉斯，跟她於

2008 年結婚。她的前夫去世，她和前夫有兩個孩子，我們之間沒有孩子。

 

我如果離婚，要不要付撫養費？要不要定期探視？法律有沒有這些規定？

 

我隻想淨身出戶，她把我的名字加在房子裏，但我不想爭房產，畢竟她自己付了那麽多年。隻要一輛我開的車。

 

但是她不願意離，我去年搬了出來，她常到我現住的地方騷擾，這個婚是不是離起來很麻煩？要不要請律師？
