me were lies. I don't sue all my previous managers. I don't think all US companies violated discrimination law. But there were some bad managers and I unfortunately had one of them. That is why the law was made for. If there is no discrimination, why need the law?
I don't think I wronged something by remotely working. If I was wrong, the manager certainly could have pointed that out to me.
I did not think he tried to fire me at beginning. He probably tried to use my accent as low performance then laid me off. That was still wrong.
I did not challenge Mr. Drummond's authority. If he was doing right thing or normal thing, why did he lie and kept lying? I think you are right that Charater decides fate. Most people in my situation might choose leaving. I probablly should have done that too. But several things happened and I did not leave. I will continue writing. Please read on.
