what is different if sister and brother live in different city?

USA to China=10hours and beijing to guanzhou 2 hours? if you want to give up then you give up. It doesn't mean everyone need give up. The brother and sister can charge money by hour if they take care more to parent. 1000/per hour?

 

This is obvious to let her give up the right for the property. what th reason to change name to the mother. If just keep as is then she will have some percentage of this house. some city in china now worth half million dollar per us dollar. Do you want to give up? unless you are very rich.
