覺得李天樂應該再聘請一律師，

狀告醫院耽誤丈夫的病情；丈夫明明提醒過醫生可能是中毒，可惡的庸醫居然不當回事，還冤枉丈夫有神經病；最終耽誤了最佳治療時間，應該給家屬高額賠償

不知道被關押的人有沒有權利狀告他人？如果可以，這官司能不能打贏？
