I ordered a new phone from T-Mobile two weeks ago, but I did not receive it. I called T-Mobile customer service, they said if the package was not sent back, I have to pay for it even if I did not receive it. The shipping is paid by T-Mobile, so I think they should be responsible for the delivery to the residence. What should I do? please help.
