PLATE過期被罰怎麽辦？

第一次拿罰單。PLATE過期被罰（210刀）。擔心影響駕駛記錄。我開車一向循規蹈矩，這次確實是忘記了，拿到罰單後立刻奔去RENEW。 有朋友建議上法庭懇請法官，但鄙人擔心不但改變不了任何情況，反而要付開庭費。鄙人素來謹小式微，此時已坐立難安，還忘各位大俠指導建議！
