It is a very common way to cheat for insurance money. The bad guy simple cut in front and stoped abbruptly. If the two cars are on the same lane, the one on the back always need to keep the right distance. However, under this situation, the front car cut abruptly, the one at the back do not have time to adjust the distance. Y so many guys do not believe white guys can cheat fro insurance money? GIVE ME A BREAK!
