開車被黑了，求教

事情發生在德州

今天開車時滴了下前麵50英裏限速開30英裏的人，那個白人司機突然繞道加速短距離插到我車前再突然刹車完全停車，我沒防備緊急刹車後輕度追尾，那白人打電話叫來警察判我追尾，評說他當時刹車是因為前麵車輛停車，但當時車輛很少，他前麵無任何車。因為隻在他的車尾保險檔上酲了很輕微的一點油漆，或者可能隻是點臘而已，警察讓我們交換保險信息後沒出報告，說在1000美元以下不出。當時他那個得意啊。

我隻能認了嗎？
