-Yes. But the immigrant (your sibling) should have no problem to become a US citizen after he/she enters US for five years and then gets the benefits from US Government such as medicaid/medicare, SS benefit, etc. which are than from you. So, you may worry too much.
如果上述情況發生， 我有可能退出擔保嗎？
-No. After the beneficial gets the green card/immigration status, you can not 退出擔保.
