失竊，保險公司賴賠怎麽辦？

賊進屋，盜走首飾和金製擺件。保險公司是“AAA” 除外房屋，個人財產保了10萬刀。章程上有首飾最高賠2500刀一條，現金最高賠200刀。我們認為金製擺件應為個人財產，可保險公司說是應歸為現金。 值1萬刀的東西隻肯賠200刀。然後因為理賠了所以保險費每年得漲200刀。 請各位大俠支支招，有無什麽辦法跟他們論理。
