Unfortunately There is no maybe. he is just shameless.

I care about money, but I don't take advantage of others, and I spent what I earned.

I paid the mortgage and family expenses and child care by my salary for years, not a few days since we had problem. He wasn't the so call hu*****and who financially supports he family before, he hid his income since married. I don't know his salary until filing 1040, and I don't know his bank account.

I can't remember how many times I ask if he can get a mortgage himself and I would move out, but he doesn't want conversation, he doesn't want the house and he doesn't want to sign the divorce and he doesn't want to save the marriage at all.

To my understanding, he is afraid, only wants to live here for free until police came to kick him out, and he is smart to know that will only happened till final decree.

As I said, he looks very much enjoy this kind of free life, free food in refrigerator and no responsibility at all.

All I need to know now is how to kick him out before final decree.
