What can I do if he doesn't want to move out?

10+ years marriage failed due to his online dating I caught. Really hard to live with a man who care himself and money more than his family.

Now he only lives in the house and doesn't pay any bills, all he does is come back make mess, eat, watch TV and sleep.

Mortgage and all the bills are under my name, I have to pay all by myself. We don't have joint account, he seems doesn't want to move out, I don't know how long he will live in the house for free.

How can I make him leave? I only want my 50% share and my child. Looks like it will be very hard to talk him to coordinate with the divorce decree filing. It is unfair!!!
