The key here is to let this lady know how to protect herself. There is no need to take her hu*****and to court right now. It might need evidence you mean in the court, that is why the police and the police report could be potential evidence to support her case. Don't you think it is not called metal / physical abuse for a hu*****and to kick a helpless wife on to street?
