個人的建議是您應該另外找律師陪同您上庭,同時要求您的律師傳訊保險公司的檢驗員出庭做為您方的證人. 同時個人會建議您讓您的律師在開庭前與檢察官商討一下案情,看看是否有可能直接 drop 這兩個控罪.
