老貓，請教上法庭的事，我沒有律師

以前我也請教過你，事情隻有通過法庭了，這是我的最後一條解決的路子，打不贏官司的可能性在90%以上，但我想這是我對我自己的一個交代，對大公司也有點訓誡，不可以為所以為，不然總有些麻煩。我沒有做任何錯事，純粹發現一組印度人造假，工作被terminate

我在州法庭上交了起訴書。接到第一封信，"order for conference",
第一條是“ the plaintiff must accomplish service within 60 days”，是指準備所有的傳票和起訴書嗎？

是不是一定會到陪審團那一部？
