Dear Mr. Nick Noble,
I have been confused for a long time about your attitude and manner in handling this case. You have steadily and strongly insisted that R & S Paving, Inc has issued me an receipt upon having collected $3,500 in cash from me on 11/04/2009 as the down payment to the driveway paving project, and therefore the case could be closed. You insisted that a piece of paper on which there are words about the happening of this $3,500 down payment collection that were all written down by me is the receipt because there was also several scratches done by somebody else whose identity is unclear based on these random scratches. You have steadily and strongly insisted that R & S Paving, Inc could reject issuing an official and standard receipt with the company title on it even if I have been kept on asking for one. Am I abnormal or ridiculous if I have been kept on asking for a standard receipt?! (how can IRS track this income of R & S Paving, Inc?)
What have further confused me is that it has been SO difficult to ask for a receipt from a for-profit business unit in USA and you, as an formal officer at BBB, have steadily and strongly supported R & S Paving, Inc on that they refuse to issue a standard receipt to me even if I have been kept on asking for one kindly and politely, which could have only cost R & S Paving, Inc $0.10 possibly.
What is the point for your excellent perseverance and motivation demonstrated in this case?! Frankly speaking, the surveys that I have done in my free time at several forums all have pointed that your attitude and manner is perplexing. Things could have been very simple: just issue a receipt!
Now, the Spring season has passed. Upon collecting the down payment of $3,500, R & S Paving, Inc failed to complete the project within the agreed time and has been rejected all communication with my family. Upon knowing this, you suggested that the case is closed and I can't complain against R & S Paving, Inc any further. (Possibiliy you are the only person for handling cases in this area!) You suggested that I have to go to court for settling the case if R & S Paving, Inc refuses to finish the project. What is the point of your pushing me away from BBB?!
Please kindly refresh and review the purpose of the BBB!
I mean the principle and purpose of the establishment of BBB!
