合同上是這麽說的:
TERMITE INSPECTION - The seller at seller's expense, will furnish a written report from a pest control firm dated not more than 30 days prior to settlement showing that all dwelling(s) and garage(s) within the property are free of visible evidence of active termites and other wood-destroying insects, and free from visible structural insect damage. Any extermination and structural repairs identified in the inspection report will be made at Seller's expense.
前後兩句單獨都可以理解。但是前後兩句的關係卻不是很明確。我現在的情況是,前一句,賣方已不滿足要求(發現了活動的白蟻),他根據後一條作了補救(作了treatment)。但是上麵條款並沒有說,滿足後一句,前一句就無所謂。
這種情況下,我可以根據這一條款,不再買這個房子嗎?
