還要看這家公司filed是那種bankruptcy. 如果是Chapter7，那麽昭君的回答是正解。 確實，你可以申請是他們的creditor, 但是基本上能把錢拿回來的機會很小，因為在你前麵會有很多secured creditor把大部分錢分掉。如果是Ch11就複雜一些. 如果是這家公司的owner申請的Ch7或ch13,那麽公司就是owner的DBA，both 公司和owner都有支付欠款的責任。 總之，你要先搞清case的情況，然後去他們申請破產的地區bankruptcy court遞交你的申請，把你列為creditor. 記住，一定要在法庭規定的Bar Date之前file 你的Proof of Claim,列上他們欠你的錢（本金加上合理利息等等）。 但最終你能拿多少回來現在沒法確定，法庭指派的case的Trustee是起中間人的作用，由他們來根據實際情況協調。
