交了一年的錢，一個月後就倒閉了，我該怎麽辦。

四月初參加了一個健身中心，叫personal training institute. 是一種連鎖形式的健身中心。加入的時候說若是交一年的年費，給10%的折扣。我便上了鉤。直到前天還好好的，我打電話預約下個星期的training,還都是一切正常。昨天突然收到電郵說因為經濟不景氣，健身中心關門了。隻說Deeply sorry, 已經交了錢的客戶怎麽辦一概沒有說。
欲哭無淚，可憐我剛剛交了這2千多塊錢。
我該怎麽辦呢？ 去報警嗎？？？？去當地的小額法庭？Ｊｕｄｇｅ　Ｊｕｄｙ？
