我的麻醉師是否有錯？

上星期動了個全身麻醉的手術，進手術房11:30am,手術完畢2:15pm, 按照醫生術前的預測和醫院提供的手術指導手冊，我應該在post Anesthesia Care Unit stay about 1 hour. 事實上我stayed 大約3小時。手術前我問我的麻醉師，他說他用的麻醉藥是Michael Jackson用的那種，我在網上查了這種藥大概7-11分鍾醒過來，但我是花了差不多3小時。在醫院呆了一晚。我想問，我能怎樣了解我的麻醉師有沒有出錯，有什麽地方我可以要求初步調查？
