交通罰單日期明顯錯誤寫成64/09/10(應是04/09/10),如何應對?

在55mile/hour區超了輛警車,開個罰單說我開62mile/hour.當時以為限速是65mile/hour,同時也以為就算超10m/h也不會被抓.現在知道該警察明顯是在"釣魚".細讀罰單發現日期明顯錯誤寫成64/09/10(應是04/09/10).準備plead not guilty,辯解說該日期是指1964,在我出生前. 不知有否勝算,還是該找別的漏洞? (該罰單把測速儀器上次檢測的日期寫成02/18/16,即是10寫成16.) 多謝各位指點!
