剛搬到新的州，在apartment裏被印度鄰居告

說我們練習樂器影響他們，office要我們停止，不然要我們30天內搬出去。我看了我們的合同，上麵說：

Noise or conduct in the premises which disturbs or annoys other residents shall not be permitted at any time.No musical or sound reproducing instruments whose sounds may be heard beyond the confines of the premises shanll be played in the premises, or shall there be any singing therein, between the hours of 10 O'Clock P.M. and 8 O'Clock A.M.

我們從來沒有在10pm-8am拉過樂器

他們可以說我們的音樂就是noise而要求我們搬出去嗎？我們還沒決定是否要在這裏買房子
