Husk- Thanks for your response.
I was not charged anything yet.Someone must have reported the incident to the police, so the police send me a letter to phone back. I assume I will be charged after the call. Should I report back now or should I hire a lawyer and talk to the lawyer first?
I didn't even recall the stop arm of the school bus was extended, but for sure the amber light was not on!
Do you have a recommendation for a lawyer?
