school bus stop arm violation

Received a cititation for school bus stop arm violation in Minnesota.
I had a ticket 8 month ago. This one scared me and will be EXTREMELY carefuly in the future.
My fear is the state Statue says the charge can be fine up to $1000 and/or 90 days in jail.
Will I end up in jail?
Help!
