請幫看看一個和dish network agent 的合同糾紛

先謝謝大家。事情是這樣的，去年9月我在一個dishnetwork的agent那裏定了2年的服務。合同裏規定他要給我$500的grocery voucher. 如果我在不到2年就取消服務，除了要付dishnetwork early termination fee外，還要付agent$300.

英文原文如下：
...Customer will also receive a $500 grocery voucher..（合同沒有寫明他什麽時候給我,雖然他口頭答應每月寄給我$25,持續寄25月.合同也沒有提及如果我提早取消合同他就不給我）

If your programming is disconnected for any reason, either voluntary or involuntary, before the expiration of 24 consecutive months from the date of activation, you agree to pay a cancellation fee of $300 to agent, this is to cover the cost of installation, equipment restocking fees, and all other administrative fees.

從簽合同到現在，我一直向agent要$500的grocery voucher，他一直沒有給我，我一氣之下cancell了服務。取消合同之後，我搞定了dishnetwork的termination fee. 而現在這個agent通過collection company向我發來$300賬單, 請大家幫我看看該怎麽和collection公司談？

我想到的兩種談法，1. 他一直沒有給我合同規定的$500,是他首先破壞合同，所以合同應該不算數了。
2. 我承認我欠他$300,但他欠我$500，所以我不應該還他錢，他應該還我$200。

這隻是我能想到的，請大家給我點專業意見。謝謝啦！
