遇到一件煩心事

哥哥在國內有個女兒，父母也在國內。比較疼愛哥哥的女兒。我們生孩子了，需要照顧。父親在沒有通知我們的情況下要帶哥哥的女兒出來，現在不知道什麽意圖，短期旅遊還是另有打算，沒有告訴我們。簽證也簽了，但我們沒有邀請，不知道怎麽簽的，肯定用了我們的材料，但沒有經過我們允許。 現在和父親鬧得有點僵，我們不同意他們帶小孩現在來，因為忙不過來。他就很生氣，要和我們斷絕關係。

我想問下，在法律上，我會不會因為不受父母喜愛而無繼承他們財產的權利？比如父母把財產留給哥哥？ 如果沒有，我該如何才能分到財產。

現在想這個問題有點不厚道，但家裏的故事太多，不能一一在這裏講明白，隻能先問下各位了。
