緊急求救：收到微軟的律師信了 trademark infringe

上個月注冊了個域名 bingshoppings.com.
剛剛建立了自己的網站準備賣東西。今天收到了微軟的律師信。
要求：
1) discontinue and remove from publish view the Bing Shopping Amazon.com storefront
2)transfer domain name bingshoppings.com to Microsoft...
3)cease and desist from using BING SHOPPINGS
4)cease and desit from using the logo
5)refrain from using any other names of logo that infringe Microsoft trademarks.

疑問1：我能用bingshoppings嗎？bing shoppings作為2個單詞是侵權，但是作為1個單詞也侵權？
疑問2：其他的都可以改，但是我不想轉讓域名，可以嗎？如果轉讓域名我能得到多少錢， 我注冊了10年的域名。
