Am I too naive ?

I have been fighting for the truth and fairness in the past one and half years.

It is a small claim case, which I have mentioned on this forum before and got some suggestions.

I got some fill material(80yards) Nov. 2008 with the quote over the phone for $250.00 but the invoice sent to me,after the service was complete, asking for $2500.00, which I refused to pay. I got sued. On the hearing date (July 20, 2009), I showed all the quotes (from free w/self service to $11.00/yard delivered) and photos (for the fill with big rocks and logs etc.) to the judge when the other party lied that they delivered top soil to me. But I got judgement after that asking me pay in full ($2500.00 + court fee). I filed Motion to Open but got denied today by the same judge without any reason.

I feel so bad. I wanted to fight again but as this is a small claim case, this is the final. Where, if there is any, can I get the fairness? Any points would be highly appreciated.
