(A)大部份的情況,如果法官沒有dismiss這個案件,一般的情況法官最終會做出判決,(有可能是當庭做出裁判也可能是在一定的日期之內以書麵做出決定然後通知雙方)但是也有很少的可能是法官在研究這個案件的內容與雙方的證辭之後會要求雙方將這個案件送交一般民事法院進行訴訟.
