We do have a real estate agent

We did have a real estate agent reprsented us when buying this townhouse, and the house did go through a professional inspection. Is that means we can go after them rather than the developer?

We did blam it on ourself for lack of knowledge about this, I am here to look for advise about how to solve the problem. Thank you for your comment.
