法庭通知隻在以下兩句話前麵打了叉，應該怎麽理解？

法官當時聽完我的陳述，看完我的說明之後，問HOA他沒有收到通知為什麽要罰款？每個月罰300嗎？一共是多少？再也沒有問其他的，隻說回去聽結果。法庭通知沒說是罰款，也沒說是退款或是沒說是精神損失費，隻在以下兩句話前麵打了叉：
(X) Defendant shall pay plaintiff $2,200 principal and $60.00 costs on plaintiffs claim

(X) Enforcement of the judgment is automatically postponed for 30 days or, if an appeal is filed, until the appeal is decided
