I do not know where the author got his info but as far as I know Andrew Ng has not worked for Google for many years and he is busy with
his own company Coursera (online education) in the last couple of years. The lead developer of the deep learning from Google gave a talk about
the latest app of deep learning to image recog and he did not mention Ng at all. BTW, MSFT is also a leader in Deep learning area recently.
