Definitely get a nanny. I have a nanny and my baby is 17months

happy and healthy.  My nanny takes her for playdates, Gymboree, and other park district programs.  Having a nanny is also more flexible.  If your kid get sick in daycare, you will have to keep him home, which is a big headache is both of you guys are working.  Nanny also does baby's laundry, clean his/her room and play areas.  Mine runs errands for me and cook some simple food for my baby too.  I plan to keep the nanny till my baby is at least 3.  The only advantage of daycare is it is cheaper.
