I don't like eating fruit like apples cuz it has high sugar level.Vegetables are just so so to us. Beef is our staple cuz my hu*****and is allergic to poultry and fish.We love steaks, burgers. Very beefy diet indeed.

My baby is very healthy even though I didn't add anything special to my diet.No additional fruits and/or kale,brussle sprout, etc.. My own hair grew a lot and was very shiny during pregnancy. It's all because I took multivitamin and fish oil everyday.
